Tongariro
A visit to New Zealand wouldn't be complete without a visit to Mt.Doom of Lord of the Rings fame. The walk was pretty simple up until the last stage - how Frodo managed it without shoes is beyond me!
Zorbing
What better way to get yourself from the top of a hill to the bottom than to jump into a giant inflatable ball, chuck in some hot water and then (along with Em) roll yourself down - giggling the whole way.
Maori
In Rotorua, apart from swimming in the Thermal Pools and having a go at Zorbing we checked out the local culture - the Maoris, these big guys put on a brilliant show including the legendary Haka! Well worth seeing.
